Flower Petals
She plucks petals from the flowers, each flower ending with the petal giving forth the answer she wanted to ignore.
He loves her not,she tried to find the petal to which he would declare his undying love, but the petals refused to lie to her, they instead told her the truth she longed to defy. With each petal, each flower ,anger grew and grew. Tears of red as if crying blood from her veins, rained on the flowers, the petals willing them to change.
The flowers blew fierce in the summers whispering breeze, she falls begging the air from her knees, she kneels beckoning a lovers defeat.
The flowers began to spin, to turn, spinning around as if summoned by the Gods or a witches spell, she screams, yells..
She faints. To much to bare was the pain.
She awakes to a field of ashes, wind burnt petals scattered all around her on the ground.
Her hope almost faded her eyes meet something amazing...
One single flower pink and flush, stands all alone,by its self.
She crawls, as she bawls and fights for hope,If this single flower said not she just couldn't cope.
She pulls, he loves me,he loves me not,he loves me,he loves me not...
A smile arises from her lips as she realizes just one petal remains saving her from empty space, he loves her, that was enough,
She loved him to she'd wait for him though it be rough.
