tear my clothes, rip my tresses
be the hands of a savage
that rape & ravage
the naked night drags
a good girl in rags
call me whore & mistress
angel fallen to darkness
suffer passion’s lonely art
that breaks my heart
eviscerate your lust
as I writhe in the dust
cede your sorrow to my face
& I am beauty’s disgrace
enthrall my will
with your poet’s quill
your mercy betray
& whip, crack away
till my pagan soul is absolved
then leave me alone & unloved

To me it seems that whatever you put your pen to comes alive. Such a sad ending for the poet. Here's to hoping that the poet in all of us can find true love.
