Frustrating😡 beyond words Kate ... At my old building site I said let's try ABC ... boss said No, just to find out - after I've left -they're using the plan, and there's a push to take  my ABC plan district wide ... WTF!  
 
I hate when people claim to see but don't, and precious time and energy gets wasted.

So true but I hate when resources are wasted when people have self serving interest ... I asked my current boss to let me run a pilot program outside of a project she's doing ... Of course she said no bc she's ramming the program down everyone's throat that's a freakin disaster ...
