A very old film and one of the best films ever about a court trial and a jury deliberating. Totally riveting about people and prejudice and bias. You will be blown away. ...

Totally relate to this, except the verdict part!
We sat for two weeks and listened took notes day in day out. It was even about a judge, no less, being accused of age discrimination. So we saw all the other judges and prosecutors and officials on the stand! I was even chosen as foreman when we finally got to deliberations. Then they called us back in and said they had settled and did not even tell us how! Talk about steamed we were an hour away from deciding.
All and all a good experience but left a bad taste.
You hit all the points succinctly.

Man don't I know this well. I don't know how I always seem to wind up being the foreman.
You described it excellently ; )

Whomever sits in jury seat #1 is the foreman/woman .....
That said I know you would be perfect for the job as I believe you to be a leader !!

I must stand n pout by my sissyTaryn here-- sheriff's dispatch has kept me from serving or summons,
but it sounds a complicated challenge of tedious ups n downs..
Such smooth flow Poets, really enjoyed the insight..ty.
sweet day to you, m'dear!

never been asked to do it, don't relish the opportunity - if it catches me then I hope it's as simple as you put it here :-)
