My kind of Madness

I pray the hebrew word Selah, meaning
Be still praise God.

Goes unanswered.

Stillness unheard of in my manic mad mind.

Ramblingthoughtrunoneintotheotherramblingthrough my aching head.

Thoughts turn images of picking back up the bottle to numb my demons.

Unruly dancers in my thoughts they are.

I wonder how long i can white knuckle grasp holding onto self....

Oh please God, Selah! Hear me!

Can'tgobackcan'tgobackcan'tgoback!!!

Hell here in my head and heavy soul.

Hell here in my heavy heart.
