The Knowledge of Human Love
The apple orchard of the falling sun
aerates the soil of each person's desire
for truth. Yet, groves are left barren by
men too scared to toil the sacred roots
for trust and harvest the fruit for hope.
Eve knew this secret and eschewed the rules.
Grabbed the tree by the balls and bit hard
to suffer for the knowledge of human Love.

Love how you say so damn much in just a single sentence. Priceless attribute that. Eve was something else, indeed. And yet so many chose that suffering for themselves, Knowing it's exactly what they're gonna get the second they take that bite. Much enjoyed your little tid-bit here. :)

one of the reasons Woman was created, for her fearless assault on mystery, her quest for that which is beyond human comprehension, even in the face of suffering...

Ahavati, luv ~ :-*
I come late to comment, but not late to read, for I have come and read since first you posted this paean of strength and encouragement and love suffering through pain and remaining resilient, luminescent with clarity, and resonating ineffable, ineluctable wisdom.
I waited to comment, luv, until I could do so with a clearer head, a semblance of sangfroid returned, and various untoward urges quelled. I believe I've attained such a place or a least a reasonable facsimile of one. ;-p
Your depth is remarkable, luv. Any touched by the fullness of your care and regard, well, is an entity greatly blessed indeed. :-*

I apologize if I've been remiss as of late. I'll try to do better. Catching up is difficult when you've been gone awhile.
