Lost, lookin' to find himself
givin' into lonely, he was given
a gift... 'Wo-mb-for-Man' by
the Father...
but he had to go further
farther than intended...

Can you remember never,
when...
joy exploded,
you were impulsed
to expend it...
like butterflies that
flutter 'bout the sky,
eyes display
wonder n' beauty
from all around can sprout...

Does one recall
never, when...
pain is all consumin...'
eatin' away
at the soul,
a vast emptiness,
a darkened hole...
too expansive
for a mind to contemplate,
far too erosive
to accommodate...

Remember never, when...
so many thoughts
n' emotions, opened
slowly like a closed fist?
