Hey, so, I'm glad we were able to get out for a little bit.
I think it's important to have these kinda conversations face to face,
So, here it goes.

I don't think we should do this anymore.
This weird... whatever it is thing that we're doing.
It just doesn't seem very good for us.

Not that we haven't had our moments!
Of course we have, and that fun hasn't gone away.
It's just that, maybe...

I guess I'm worried that we're going in two different directions.
Like you're skipping off one way, and I'm trying to make my way over here,
And neither of us are really talking about it.

Which is why this is good.
Us, here, talking about this together.
It's important that whatever comes next is well communicated, right?

Cause we're not normally too great at that.
Communicating in general.
We don't really talk about our feelings...

Military families, am I right?!
But, really, seriously though,
I don't think this is good for us anymore.

You very clearly want one thing,
And I am very adamantly not ready for that kind of thing,
And if I thought for a moment we could keep going without it, I would.

But we can't.
You can't and I can't.
And if that means I've got to be the first to say it, then okay.
