Little Girl

The sun rays on her face.
Beautiful chocolate skin tone,
Long black hair,
Not a perfect body,
Scars every where,
Each one tells a story,
Beaten, pushed, self inflicted
Or pushed into a closet in a hurry.
Very talented with anything she do,
But still don't know where shes going.
You see,
No one cares about the little
Black girl, and all what she goes threw.
Taken from her mother,
Put In a foster home,
Beaten and abused.
Mentally, physically,
Foster dad tried molesting her too.
That little black girl is 23
With no kids,
Work as a supervisor, got her own shit.
Still not a perfect body,
Scars are still their
Still trying to get threw life,
And make it out of here.
Never been married,
Never even had a baby scare.
Even though she's doing everything
On her own,
She's still praying and hoping that
Someone will just...

Be there.
