I've tried to reach out to you
do you even realize?
I put in all my effort
it's brought tears to my eyes
You turn away,
I don't mean much to you

You get mad at me
can you open your eyes?
all you hear is betrayal
so all you do is fight
You turn away,
I don't mean much to you

I've tried to take my life
don't you understand?
it's a cry for help
all I want is your hand
You turn away,
I don't mean much to you

You yell and scream
do you like hurting me?
all you feel is hate
you don't see me
You turn away,
I don't mean much to you

I try and try
do you even care?
I just want a relationship
I want you to be there
You turn away,
I don't mean much to you

You stop talking
do you not want me around?
you don't hear me anymore
you only focus on you
You turn away,
I don't mean much to you

I've given up
I know you don't know
I've stopped trying
I don't want you there
I turn away,
