You don't know love.
You know, love is fair
You get love if you care,
There's love here and there, everywhere.
But you don't want fair love.
You just want love
You want to feel the warmth upon your
Skin, feel their breath wisp past your
Goosebumps, want your heart to rise at
The sight of your love.
But you don't have love.
You don't know love
There's no rainbow or white doves
You are on your own
Alone.
Then you stop, realize and see
Love is fair, and you do care
For something so delicate can't be found,
It's grown and nurtured.
So you wait, you kneel and you plant your
Seed. And you treat it Fair and care for it,
It love's for you.
And love is for you now.
You get love if you care,
There's love here and there, everywhere.
But you don't want fair love.
You just want love
You want to feel the warmth upon your
Skin, feel their breath wisp past your
Goosebumps, want your heart to rise at
The sight of your love.
But you don't have love.
You don't know love
There's no rainbow or white doves
You are on your own
Alone.
Then you stop, realize and see
Love is fair, and you do care
For something so delicate can't be found,
It's grown and nurtured.
So you wait, you kneel and you plant your
Seed. And you treat it Fair and care for it,
It love's for you.
And love is for you now.
