You were more then mans best friend
You were our family.
Your dark eyes so full of kindness,
Your floppy ears so comforting when
We Were sad, your wagging tale
And excited bark greeting us at the door.
Your kind cuddles and silly smile
Will always leave your paw print on our hearts
Our four legged family you will never be forgotten

This is very cute, I like the message of the poem! There are a few spelling errors however, but overall the poem is very touching.
