Alone
It starts deep in my heart
A feeling of anger, agitation, frustration.
It builds and I try to suppress it.
My mind tries to calm me with no success.
I am surrounded by emotions I cannot control.
The doubts and fears coming rushing to the surface.
A silent scream escapes.
Hands outstretched to nothing.
I am alone with this.
