Into greener pastures (Another's eyes)
I reside on green pastures
Where the wind is cold
And the dew sparkles
I long to stay forever
In an only fleeting life
As tears run down my cheek
Knowing the pasture spring
Will run dry in fate.
I must leave this land
For the greenery suffers drought
And the pasture barren.
Into greener pastures,
Into greener pastures,
But I ask, don't mourn for me
Be glad with all of my love
And we shall meet again
When tears of joy shall flood
And the weight of the world
Is cast off by God.
So into greener pastures, I may,
For this will be the greatest day;
I'll be meeting Jesus today.
In memory of a brother...
I hope I was able to write down the words
he could've said before leaving us so soon
to dance with the Lord.
Before he took his own life...
May he be remembered in artistry than in silence of grief.
Where the wind is cold
And the dew sparkles
I long to stay forever
In an only fleeting life
As tears run down my cheek
Knowing the pasture spring
Will run dry in fate.
I must leave this land
For the greenery suffers drought
And the pasture barren.
Into greener pastures,
Into greener pastures,
But I ask, don't mourn for me
Be glad with all of my love
And we shall meet again
When tears of joy shall flood
And the weight of the world
Is cast off by God.
So into greener pastures, I may,
For this will be the greatest day;
I'll be meeting Jesus today.
In memory of a brother...
I hope I was able to write down the words
he could've said before leaving us so soon
to dance with the Lord.
Before he took his own life...
May he be remembered in artistry than in silence of grief.
