I'm Losing It

Patience is way exhausted,
A desperate walking dead,
Can't cope with this life I've been entrusted,
I picture a sandy bed.

To lay my head eternally,
To put my soul to rest,
It all results to vanity,
My passions and my quest.

To who do I run to for justice?
In a life that's far from fair,
And when I lament the injustice,
They find me wanting there.

I simply want to end this,
But I simply don't know how,
My misely is much and endless,
But to failure I simply can't bow.

And I've given my all,
In all I'm simply lost,
Can't help but think I'll fall,
Deep into what is worse.

I'm sad I'm losing it,
My fears are all over me,
My mind is wrecked,unfit;
To live on faithfully.

I told the sad girl a lie,
I said "it'll get better",
I begged her not to die,
That we'll go through this together.

But I've lost that hope,
I've given up to fate,
And I've returned to the dope,
That companion I hate.

Operating in a drawn ring,
A limit I can't go beyond,
And winter,summer,spring,
Brings the same sad song.

I can't save myself,
I'm a parchment of what is weak,
Take this book out of the shelf,
I wish the end be quick.

But I've always dreamed of winning,
Of wearing a glorious crown,
Now my head's hopelessly spinning,
Each time I lay me down.

My dreams are simply dreams,
My desires are flitting illusions,
My hope is hopelessly being,
A captive in fear's kingdom.

Courage is basically discouraged,
Hardwork all counts for nothing,
Happiness is replaced by the rage,
My world's hidden behind a black cotton.

So dark and so opaque,
No grace can see through it,
Life is one miserable trek,
And I'm simply losing it.
