I will not waste
One single minute more
Mulling over what could have been
I chose the latter and
Chased my destiny down
Chaos my companion
Along for the ride
Trembled with excitement awaiting
The destruction of my raging pride
I danced upon Mercury’s golden round
Looked beyond tomorrow and
Burned those bridges to the ground
No regrets of the bodies and lives
Left in my wake scattered about
I will worry and apologize
When my future is secure and safe
And my identity is in its place
No regrets
