WHEN .

When you accuse me of something I didn't do -
I will have a more Forgiving heart .
When the world desert and despise me-
I will have a more Faithful heart .
When failures and frustrations become my shadow -
I will have a more Hopeful heart .
When I see the widows and orphans suffering -
I will have a more Loving heart .
When my neighbours prepare for war -
I will have a more Peace-filled heart .
When I will be asked to give -
I will have a more Generous heart .
When my enemies plot against me -
I will have a more Pure heart .
When my prayers are not answered -
I will have a more Humble heart .

And when -
I will be called to stand on His throne -
I will have a more Joyful heart ,
'Coz my heart will have been conformed to Jesus'.
