Interior

I'm a city guy
I don't leave town much
A few days here and there
Just to reclaim the fresh air vibe

But truth be told
I need the city interior to feel safe
All the noise and grit and craziness
Defines me

The wild times are behind me
Memories that say I lived a life
Graphic and indelibly defined
Now it's a quiet corner amidst the madness

My city is my flesh
Traveling from appointment to appointment
Cell phones, pen and paper
Road salesman coming to you next
