I'm having some trouble making decisions
My minds's in rewind, always making revisions
Thoughts are colliding, squishing together
"O hey, that's a good one! It was pretty clever"!

No it was not! It's just a play on words
Like the snaps and the crackles, of too many Birds
Was that too vague? Wait, let me start again
"O come on already, just put down the pen"!

There it is again, something I can recycle
A figure of speech, O how delightful
"What a twist"! Or so I had thought
Just another Vowel, that I'd already bought

I can't even sleep! What have I done?
Should I be working? Or should I have fun?
It's the basics, that have me all ripped into two
May I have a helping hand, or maybe a few?
