The Walls
Weighing on my heavy mind
The reason why I'll never find
The forces far beyond control
They tear apart my very soul
Little I can do but wait
As all these pieces fall to place
I watch in horror as all these walls
Start to crumble and they fall
I fear that with it. I will break
The loss is more than I can take
Within these walls, I know I'm trapped
I fear for if these walls collapse
I feel the undertow inside
These doubts and fears I cannot hide
The weight of it I'll always feel
I start to question what is real
The reason why I'll never find
The forces far beyond control
They tear apart my very soul
Little I can do but wait
As all these pieces fall to place
I watch in horror as all these walls
Start to crumble and they fall
I fear that with it. I will break
The loss is more than I can take
Within these walls, I know I'm trapped
I fear for if these walls collapse
I feel the undertow inside
These doubts and fears I cannot hide
The weight of it I'll always feel
I start to question what is real
