I was there.
It was beautiful,
the water glowed,
the people roared,
but I still felt alone.
I was there.
It looked amazing,
the stars sparkled,
the people touched,
but I stood by only to watch.

the fire burned,
the people stared,
but it was as if I wasn't there.
