525 Words to the Girl I Love
You are a figure worth describing in 525 words, so I will do that.
Let me start with the beautiful hair that covers your head.
Layers of beauty on beauty, brown and blonde,
draped over your neck, but not too long.
Or your gorgeous eyes that when I look in,
I see I wasn't mistaken when I said you were the most beautiful girl
I ever met.
Don’t forget your nose, so round and lively,
I get chills when it brushes me while your lips accompany this,
it drives me wild.
Crazy but also perfect,
good when they’re silent, but also your words stick,
you can use your lips like a
guitarist uses a pick,
pick pick pick, I’m so in love with you.
Your face is round, complexion astounding,
all together this must plant a picture sounding absolutely fanatical,
I’m also a fan of your shoulders though.
They stand up right, strong, and they never break down.
And now we’re at the sound of music,
the star of the show,
where your true beauty actually begins to glow.
The part I fell in love with, far before physical attraction,
the contractions of your heart, seem to perfectly match mine,
I get nervous every time I try to describe it,
like I’ll never do your heart justice, I’m just simply scribing about it.
So premature and uneducated I am about it,
because it holds more than I could ever comprehend.
Your heart was there for me when I struggled beneath,
you were a friend when I needed one, always there for me.
And when I was alone, and sad, you were my therapy,
your heart is abnormal, because it’s even more of a masterpiece.
Cased in a shell, that is your beautiful body,
when the pieces are together it’s a spell, one I’d not have seen,
if it wasn't for the grace of God that you were brought to me,
and that one day I decided to see where we could possibly go with this.
Absolutely marvelous,
from breasts to stomach,
smooth skin, deep feelings, absolutely needing to be completed.
You fit perfectly like I’m your missing puzzle piece,
so I need to learn to be better, so I can stay with you.
Your legs sprout from the brink of human kindness,
and support your body, your power, your highness,
smooth and detailed, I can feel the muscle beneath,
I am a fool for you, the ground beneath your feet.
Your beauty and features all composed into one short poem,
whether it’s the inside or out, I think you should know them.
You are the sun that shines on me, and warms me up all over,
you are the perfect canopy that shelters me from the crashing sea.
The lifeboat of my life-ship, there when I’m going to drown,
you are the developing sound,
of my instrument, begging to be around.
One thing is for sure, I need you in my life forever,
this stupid thing called living, is made better by your giving,
me a chance to try and be the guy you need,
I love you,
Rachel,
Won’t you love me?
