Never Give Up

Razor, knife, blade
What do you think of when you hear that?
Those things across your arms, and legs
Blood in 2 different shades
Your crying, and crying
Hoping that someone would hear your cries
Sitting in your room
All alone
No one there to say “stop it!”
Your slowly killing yourself
Some one help
At night crying
No one knows your pain
Wearing sweaters to hide it all
Scars on your arms and legs
Trying not to cry during class
No one knows her
No one bothers
No one cares enough
No one  knows her pain
Then she hears a voice
Yelling and chanting
“Never give up!”
“Don’t give in!”
“ Never give up!”
She is looking around
Confused and scared
No one is there
She starts to cut
Across her arm
She looks at the  blood
She looks  at the razor
Takes the razor and throws it
Throws in across the room
In a standing she yells out
“No ! I’m done!
I will not give in anymore
This is my life!
I’m taking it back!
No more shall I slowly die
This is my life!
I’m taking it back
I will not give up!”
I will not give  up on you either!
I’m Human too
And so are you
Why the hell does  it matter what people think?
You are beautiful
You are amazing
You are not a disappointment
You are not worth less
Let me tell you something
You are worth more then you think
Never give up!
Don’t give in !
You are all worth something
You are all going to be something in this life
Don’t give up!
I won’t  give up!
Not on you
Or him
Or her
Not anybody
You need to step up
Let them hear your voice
Don’t be stuck in the shadows
Today is the day
Today is were you
Rise up and let your voice be heard
And say “I will never give up!”
And I will stand up and say
“today is a new day!”
You will  never give up!
