... this piece and a few of my recent haiku were inspired by uncle's wake in South Carolina a few weeks ago ... It was interesting to see how the roles change with time ... I now stood in the circle of "old" men drinking and smoking ...

lol ... not in ages Ms. Rain? - I was at a wake in SC a few weeks ago ... In my family a bottle of that smoky stuff always pops up somehow ...
