what doth a scabbard make in these hands
a begotten shield set amongst so much raining led
for seeds of what is forgone by so many sides
hath brought about future graces of mine own blood's absence
toward thine vain legacy of grate's trouncing
thee be so many times thine a life
living still through being's want for no strife
