This one was a joy to read. Love the sense of humor. That simple joy reminds me of the time I was the last one on the bus for a trip from Cincinnati to Pittsburgh. The last seat available was next to someone who weighed 400 to 500 hundred pounds. I would have paid extra for the single seat!

I've had similar on some New York to Boston gigs on Greyhound. Stuff you wish you could forget but somehow can't.

this reminds me that for long bus trips in Turkey that some women purchase the seat next to them to insure they will not be bothered by wandering hands .....unfortunately they can't do that on the city routes
