You popped into my head
and for a moment I thought maybe you were thinking of me
I know you tried and I know sometimes we lied
I wish I was more then a road in your life
But if it leads you to something great I have no regrets
Where I go I have no idea, but I know the sun still sets
And the moon will still rise
And the exact color of your eyes
I find it funny how confused a heart can get
When it wants to move forward and backwards
When I don't understand my own words
Fuck Valentines Day
Like I need another day to remind me
A shoe box with things we shared in it
I have it all and I just sometimes sit
and think
Rerun it all through my head like a sad romance movie
From the amazing beginning to the end
Jeez, we were happy
And thats where I'll keep it all, as a memory
Maybe we will run into each other again one day
And not quite know what to say
But just to hear your voice again would be nice
