The cold of morning
makes everything better
calming nerve endings
through trials of weather
sun breaking shade
moon fast fleeting
crisp morning air
dawns final greeting
by high noon
cold has gone
life is warm
the sun is on
the heat sinks in
a burden to bear
I much prefer
