look what you did!
Herbicides
and defoliants.
Oh, the legacy of war.
Breaks my face,
works my skin,
hurts my heart
beating deep within.

Is that really what AO does?
The poor man.
The poem: Short and precise - and I can agree that those sort of symptoms would hurt the heart just as much as any external organ.

Prenatal exposure but yes, it happened...I saw it and I just, I think it's important we know our history, good and bad.

this is a brilliant subject for your poem the saddest photos are also the ones where children are born with deformities as their mothers are exposed to agent orange whilst pregnant.To see children like that is really heartbreaking
