Sadly it's true and it doesn't get any better as they get older :(
But i must say, that when someone grows up without having much, they end up having greater appreciation to things in life.

What is true, is that many children had too much gifts, and they don't be inventive in their games! They create also jealousy for poor kids!!! And yes, without having much, we can appreciate greater the things in life!
