Don't Go Chasing Butterflies

Don't go chasing butterflies.
They are secretly filled with your lies.
Chasing them down is like confessing to every lie you have ever told.
Impossible.
Butterflies are beautiful.
Yet, they are so tainted by the hatred.
They call me the Butterfly of Death.
I have the ability to see things beautiful, no matter what hideousness hides behind the mask.
So I say again, don't go chasing butterflies.
They are not your friend.
Stick to what you are used to.
And watch as everyone uses you.
Leaves you crumpled on the floor, just begging for more.
Why do you do this to yourself?
You are a butterfly.
You have the power to fly away, just use your wings and don't forget your dreams.
Don't lay there anymore, go and find what life has in store.
I'll tell you again, don't go chasing butterflies, my friend.
They're beauty is far greater than your lies.
Don't go chasing butterflies my friend.
They will surely send your life to a bitter end.
