Two Jewels

Blues Rock, played Strong an slowly
Lovely One
Two Jewels

Your eyes are like two jewels shining down on me in the middle of the night,
Your scent is sweet, and your voice sings out to me like the mornin dove callin to his love,
Your long hair falls down round your face, sealing your beauty like a masters work of art,
And I can see, your innocence shining through, like a flower twirlin in the sun
One more dance with you, like a flame twisting out slowly in the night,
Before I go down, unto the valley down below,

I am just a poor boy, and no schooling by my trade,
I been a wonderer, I been a master and fool,
My soul is deep like the ocean,
And like my future, it’s both mysterious and dark,
But my lovely one, I swear that when I look at you
I can feel my world trembling an move,
I can see the sun rising, and sparkling in your eyes,
I can taste and feel the colors
That you paint across my skies,
Without trying, you still easily please
Yes there’s a familiar spirit about you,
And its everywhere with that I go

I long to reach for you, in the night,
And I long to see you, in the mornin light,
One more moment with you darlin, before I go
One more moment of laying in the shadow
Of the woman I adore,
Before I go, into the valley down below;
