Decisions

Decisions made, right or wrong.
Decisions so strong.
Thinking of others.
Sisters or brothers.

Thinking not of myself.
A decision that should make itself.
Making decisions because they are right.
Making decisions that bite.

Making decisions that are not what you want.
Making decisions that seem to taunt.
Sorrow, loss, love and pain.
All go through the brain.

Age makes no difference.
For age to me is indifference.
But age I must consider.
Or reconsider.

For now the spirit burns bright.
The body full of might.
But later it will show,
As I get old and slow.

Go find one that is not wrong.
Gentle, tall and strong.
Have children, love them with all your might.
And maybe one day you will understand my plight.

Be happy.
Be lucky.
Live long.
Among the throng.
