Hide & Seek.
Play
Hide and Seek
With
Me.
Lay your hands
Softly over mine and
Guide them to their all too familiar
Place right over my eyes as
To complete the darkness that
surrounds me.
Now
Hide from
Me.
Pick a place in which I
Dare not look, hide in
My nightmares and my tears
And the slits along
My wrists and the
Scars embedded
On my heart
Now
Let me
Find
You.
I shall search
High and low, waiting
For you to peek your head
From behind the old willow tree
Or the pile of wasted dreams
In the attic, to let me know
That it's still a game.
For once I find you, oh happiness,
I will never let you go. So please,
Play hide and seek with me.
