Human and Nothing More
I fear no man for he is I.
If he is I and I am him then his flaws are shared with mine.
Yet he’s a bigger threat than I.
Why am I not scared?
Why won’t I run?
For I fear no man because he is I.
So how can I defeat him?
There are many ways.
None of which I would try.
For he and I are the same.
He knows what I know and vise versa.
He and I are connected on multiple levels.
I bleed.
So he bleeds.
What color?
Red.
Though the type might differ we’re still the same.
This takes me back to my initial statement.
I fear no man for he is I.
What I see he caused.
What he’d done I’ve only dreamt.
Why is that?
How can he be better off more than me if we’re the same?
Because we’re different on a micro level.
How?
He’s tall and I’m short.
He’s black and I’m white.
He’s rich and I’m poor.
So we cannot be the same right?
Wrong.
We need air to breath.
Water to drink.
Food to eat.
Shelter to live.
And if I need love then I know for sure he needs it too.
Because we’re the same.
Since we’re the same I fear no man for he is I.
How so?
We live.
We die.
One will not go while the other doesn’t.
In the end we’ll face the same test, regardless of our micro difference of religion.
Our character will be judged in determining if we live in bliss or torture.
So if he wants to kill me, let him.
I know how I’ve lived my life.
I know my fate.
That is the one thing he doesn’t know.
Yet I will also know his.
He’ll get what he deserves.
This is my main reason why I fear no man for he is I.
We have a soul so we must die.
To make room for the next and they will decide,
Take the path for the foolish man that I do not fear.
Why?
It’s easy.
