Keep it Simple for Mr Stupid

Everything cycles around then evens out anew--keep writing in between ! :)

It is mix of blessing and curse that my circles go nowhere good or bad. I need something to feel the need to write about.

Just hold on and it Will come back to you. There are always plateaus.

Sometimes a poem's 'gems' are intentionally hidden. If you ask for translations, some poets might just throw dust on the jeweler's eyeglass to keep it a mystery. yes, it can be frustrating, but I believe that if there's a 'gem' for you to grasp,---in poetry or in any circumstance of life--- it shall be revealed to you at some point in your life, for you to make good of it.

BTW,I read that a splatter painting just sold for 2300 dollars. It 'spoke' to the buyer. Oddly, the artist was a horse with a paintbrush in his mouth. :D

I used to see life through a kaleidoscope, then I took some cynicism and nihilism to the heart and some lack of creativity to the head.

I'll review this as a poem rather than a personal statement, as is my wont; I doubt I'll ever be in a position to give people advice! The last line feels like an unneeded addendum, but otherwise I enjoyed this poem, its searing honesty and, to be blunt, bitterness. It has a decent, dry style.

I think the last line should have an 'unneeded addendum' as you put it, feel to it. Like a motto or phrase that is repeatedly used but has lost all meaning.
Boy can I do dry.
