CEMETERY OF KINGS

Just in time to see
the king drop to his knees.
Clinging to his brothers robe
choking on his plea.

Leg's spread open wide
wearing a lustful smile.
The queen welcomes her husband's death
and waits for who's next in line.

One by one they come
Covering the sun.
The ravens lead the dragon in
over a corrupt kingdom.

I the jester sing
of all the death I've seen.
The snow on stone covers forgotten names
in this cemetery of kings.
