The Death of a Cyber Friend
Trouble was all it was.
Trouble.
The very blood flowing through your veins; trouble.
The very blood flowing through your veins; ice.
Hot ice. Enough to make me feel like it was real.
Hours of words in chat.
Not the useless crap we discuss with the people we think we know.
Real words. Real feelings.
Real enthusiasm. Truth.
Then time zones would slice our time
schedules would clash and sleep would become us.
If that was your real name, I miss that person.
The reality that I lost someone I never knew pains me,
but much less than...

Thoughts on Religion
I lifted up my eyes to the hills
where the shanty towns danced to the beat of a million drums as
residents flock in their Sunday's best
to houses of praise mangled between the rubble of their livelihoods.
I lifted up my eyes and saw a Hamas rocket fly across the sky and
an Israeli rocket fly across the sky while
God's foot soldiers died in a war fought for a face never seen.
And as voices rose singing Hallelujah and Alhamdullilah, men forgot that they were men and that blood always runs
red.
I lifted up my eyes to see an American...

Stop Thinking About It...It Makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE!
My dog loves cheese and there's no doubt about it
She guards it like a bitch and I'm

I think she's a rat...

Hold me close and let me know how much you care.

Those fist hugs around my throat make me want to stay.
Blue and black reminds me just how much you care if I leave.

so I don't have any other option
