HAZEL RAGE

There wasn't a place on the back of my head

for her delicate hand to push.

To push me further in.

My palm remained on her breast,

as hers did on my chest.

It frightened me enough to open my eyes,

to see who was at the other end of this kiss,

and it filled me with rage when I saw her hazel staring back...

Already open.

It didn't take but a subtle pull, and nudge

to break our cosmic connection.

I tried spitting out all of the galaxies

which she lay like eggs inside of my mouth,

but some made it to my brain.

They still reside there,

waiting to expand,

and kill me shortly after.
