Another Pain

Laying myself to rest
conjuring up a pretty picture.
The blueprints and schematics of my life,
but in the end the result... Total Failure!!

I do not know where to begin
to even start to write this down.
Remembering all the scheming lies
walking beside a shadow, seeing through it's eyes.

Embracing this depression
as my life slowly passes by.
Feeling so lost in this reality
of just another never ending nightmare.

No eyes will ever see
the scars that lay beneath the surface.
With an exterior shell made of lies
protecting the knife buried within.

My inner walls crumbling
to the point of no return.
Filled with all the corrupted memories
with scars on my soul, i am beyond repair.

Embracing this depression
as this shadow slowly passes by.
I am still so very lost
please tell me... am I dead or alive?
