Lost love

She got lost once in his enchanting brown eyes
and felt enlightened by his warmth
but now he's gone
she's become inevitibly lost
within an unavoidable darkness.

Emotionally numb is how she feels
she helplessly tries to lay down her emotions
on the blank page infront of her
nothing seems strong enough
to express her devistating pain.

Emptiness is encompassing her fragile state
Like an hour glass she has been tipped
all her high emotions
are slowly pouring down effortlessly
she feels out of control.

Her page stares at her blankly
the words formed cry at her for some detail
She can't give them what they deserve
so she decides to draw upon her canvas
silver  upon her skin has always been a warming release
