Duet
My fingers caress her body
Sliding along her length
She cries, softly, as my fingers pause,
Then begin again
Faster, my hands move of their own volition
She screams, she shouts, she wails,
She's beautiful and warm
And I dance with her, my fingers a blur
We're one, bonded together
By her voice, the music
It quickens my pulse
As the tempo increases
Sensual music, created by both
Who are now one.
My saxophone and I...
Sliding along her length
She cries, softly, as my fingers pause,
Then begin again
Faster, my hands move of their own volition
She screams, she shouts, she wails,
She's beautiful and warm
And I dance with her, my fingers a blur
We're one, bonded together
By her voice, the music
It quickens my pulse
As the tempo increases
Sensual music, created by both
Who are now one.
My saxophone and I...

thank you! i REALLY love my sax... i used to live in a dorm that was across the highway from the college, and there was a concrete tunnel that ran under the highway. i used to sit on the steps of the tunnel and just rip notes out of the sax, blasting them down the tunnel, sending them bouncing back and forth off the walls, floor, and ceiling. it was very cool. even better were the nights i'd gather an audience on the steps behind me without me noticing til i was finished... but somehow, i always felt a little embarrassed when this happened, like they'd walked in on something intimate and instead of apologizing and leaving, they hid behind the curtain and watched...

that's a great idea, if a little... scary. not the voice; i love the sound of my own voice! but the sax... i'm so out of practice. i really need to play again, i guess, but i haven't for years. my ex-wife didn't dig it...
