Flight

She jokes
with me
and I toss her
to the bed
and lean back her head
and kiss her neck
and push in
so close
that even though
we are the only ones
in the room
even I cannot hear
what I am saying.

Something
about the moon
and stars
and sun
and dusk
and days
or nights
and something sticky
and flavorful.

I rapture your neckline
and smooth out
the would be curls
along your freckled face
and smell the fragrance
of your scent
from having caught
a moaning blink
at the moment of impact
with the pillow
under your ass.

You push up
on your knees
and entertain me,
bucking like the pony
that you think
yourself to be.

And I ride you wildly
to check the Pegasus wind
that hides the feathered pride
and sparkle beams
of sunrise
with the opening
of your eyes.
