hidden behind a smile
Who told me to smile
and to keep smiling
even though inwardly
I'm on empty
whats left wolves have feasted
In pain I ache
But I keep smiling
to give hope to the same ones killing me
what type of living is this
self sacrificing
Maybe I will be healed in the next life
With a daddy that says I love you
And the rest of a happy family
And provides peace love
and real family
