Lasting Love
He blows the dust from my cover
while gently holding me bare,
his hand glides over my soft
outer shell,
I lean into his space connecting
our passion with hungry
wet breath,
Turning the pages I feel us
gathering together touching
freely,
His desire brings me to life
shadowing me in the most
perfect way,
I capture him in my words
embracing his panting
soul,
Closing the book as one,
lasting love in perfect
harmony.

Tommie, the first line is so evocative of a treasured beauty that has laid unnoticed for too long on the shelf until reawakened once again by true love...or something like that :D Well done, bring that awesome feeling back to life with your words :)

I'm still writing crude erotica - someday I'll have the talent to write stuff like this! So subtle yet powerful at the same time. If I could describe it in one word it would be: passion. I loved the book metaphor too. You've really taken things to the next level, Tommie, don't ever stop! Love this!
