Perfection
Ah...
The sound of digesting flesh is beauitful, is it not?
Purity of bones and skin
(I"ll never feel pain again)
Empty, hollow, all alone,
I know what it's like to die
(Nobody ever wondered why)
With silent plates
empty forks descend
(I wanted it to end)
I never took a moment to think about you,
drowning in the sea of my ignorance
(These aren't your steps to dance)
I'll let my own ignorance
eat me away
(It's not my place to stay)
Hate consumes me
tainting my tongue, my eyes
(all they ever saw were lies)
You can never be to small,
If I turn to the side, it's all clear
(I may just disapear)
Food. I don't touch it, I can't,
all the things it will destroy
(I dress myself up, I'm my own tiny toy)
Shapeless warm sweaters
perfumed by home-grown rose
(The secret everyone knows)
Rosary ribs
counted like a prayer
(she'll always be there)
In the dark silence
I'm never alone.
(In her embrace I find my home)
Her word is harsh, but I always obey
She overseas all I do
(can't you see she loves me as much as you?)
I'd give her my life, anything,
this is a matter of dedication and affection.
(with that the only hunger left, is the hunger for perfection)
