She asked me to smile.
She is gone,
I'm torn.
asked me to smile,
how could she expect
me to smile?
To walk all these miles,
when my inner state
is now, so fragile.
What we have is so good
why cant you see?
Why would you just flee?
Everything was just fine,
untill you came
and made me lose my spine.
Why did I let you break these walls?
I should have brought you to a stall.
Because now I feel so pathetic,
as my head aches and pounds
and you're the only anesthetic.
She asked me to smile,
how could she expect
me to smile
to walk all these miles,
when my inner state
is now so fragile.
I'm torn.
asked me to smile,
how could she expect
me to smile?
To walk all these miles,
when my inner state
is now, so fragile.
What we have is so good
why cant you see?
Why would you just flee?
Everything was just fine,
untill you came
and made me lose my spine.
Why did I let you break these walls?
I should have brought you to a stall.
Because now I feel so pathetic,
as my head aches and pounds
and you're the only anesthetic.
She asked me to smile,
how could she expect
me to smile
to walk all these miles,
when my inner state
is now so fragile.
