Pours glass
Water
Of course
Picks up
Pen
Lays out
Fading paper
Lets ink
Flow
Clotted
A hand resting
On a pounding forehead
Eyes close
Mouth dries
Ignores the
Water
Goes outside
Lays down
And looks up
Debates thoughts
And unkempt grass
Buries rhyming
Words
And drifts away
