On this day,
not THAT  long ago.
You Birthed the family
I have come to know.

With your strong heart and hand,
by which she were raised
Came the mother I love,
and that goes without praise.

With your kind eyes,
You've shown us all the way,
to happiness and love'
at the end of each day.

We can't thank you enough,
for all that you have done,
but by gosh i'll try
until my words, you shun.

So, I thank you Grandma.
