just earlier i looked at a photograph
it was you and I
looking so happy in the snow
on a sled and man it was so cold
it was taken minutes
just before we went down a hill
which to me is kind of like
a metaphor of how our relationship ended
it's so tragic really in my opinion
i wish we coulda kept it going
cause to me thats the only life worth living
with you, lovely lady
beautiful angel, of my fucked up world
i miss the moments we had i cherish them in my heart
and im glad i had u for the little time we had
and sometimes people just grow apart
i can't really explain why
but it's probaly for the best
cuz you deserve happiness
and i rather see you smile
then be with me and be unhappy
so i hope you can take a new picture
with somebody that can give u all
that u ever dreamed of and more
and put that ring to your finger
and be a man and stand tall
a man who will always be there for you
to pick u up when you fall
and a shoulder to lean on always no matter what ur going through
this is my wish and my vision for you
a lover a family that you could be in
a new picture with on the wall
to last forever
